Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a field-based Area Leader to oversee nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection across multiple properties. You will manage a team of 15–40 Service Valets and ensure service runs safely, on time, and within budget.

This role blends hands-on field leadership with administrative duties, requires strong problem solving and data-driven decisions, and offers comprehensive benefits and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience overseeing a team in a hands-on environment.
• Ability to manage schedules, timecards, and budgets.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and learning new platforms.
• Data-driven with ability to interpret reports and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train your team of Service Valets to deliver high-quality waste, recycling, and compost collection services.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and support, by conducting regular team meetings and safety checks to reinforce best practices and service standards.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and ensure your team stays on track and within budget.
• Foster a culture of accountability, open communication, and continuous improvement.
