Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced RN for the Telemetry Unit-3P (Advanced Cardiac Care) on the night shift. The RN will monitor patients, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to implement care plans for stroke and cardiac patients.

Responsibilities include data collection, IV management, patient education, and ensuring high quality, safe care in a busy telemetry unit. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing is required or equivalent.
• BSN is preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in AZ or compact state is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for stroke and cardiac patients.
• Record medical history, monitor vital signs, and administer medications.
• Develop and contribute to individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians.
