Job summary

HonorHealth's Deer Valley location in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an RN for the Telemetry Unit-3P2 on the night shift. You will provide direct nursing care, perform assessments, administer medications, and educate patients in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing; BSN within 60 months may be required.
• Registered Nurse license in Arizona; BLS certification required.
• 1 year RN experience; med-surg or acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care guided by ANA standards; assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications, IVs, and therapies; monitor patient responses.
• Educate patients and families on care needs and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Mentor staff and ensure stroke/telemetry protocols are followed.
