Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night shift on the Telemetry Unit. The RN will provide direct patient care, monitor cardiac patients, and support the vascular and oncology populations served by 4E/W Telemetry.

The RN will assess patients, administer medications, operate medical equipment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care and smooth clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required or BSN within 60 months of hire.
• BSN preferred for RN role.
• 1+ years med-surg or acute specialty experience recommended.
• Active RN license in Arizona upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per ANA standards and Code of Ethics.
• Record patient history, administer medications and therapies.
• Administer IVs, monitor patient responses, and adjust care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team for patient care.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care.
