Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced RN for the Telemetry Unit on the night shift in Phoenix, AZ. The RN role includes collecting patient data, administering medications, managing IV lines, and coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team.

The position emphasizes evidence-based practice, bedside teaching for families, and ongoing competency development. A Sign-On Bonus is available, and responsibilities span care planning and evaluating patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• Complete a BSN within 60 months or have 5+ years RN experience at the time of hire.
• BSN is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care guided by ANA standards and nursing ethics.
• Develop, implement and revise patient care plans; administer medications and treatments.
• Coordinate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and home care needs.

Education

Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
