Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a dedicated RN for the Telemetry Unit-4P1-Acute Care Medicine in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care during night shifts, administering medications, and coordinating with physicians to implement patient care plans.

The RN will assess patient needs, document findings, and educate patients and families on post-discharge care while supporting a strong, collaborative healthcare team.

Qualifications

• RN with licensure in AZ or a compact state.
• All Diploma/ADN hires must complete a BSN within 60 months or have 5+ years RN experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms; support diagnostics and follow-up.
• Administer medications and IV therapies; monitor and adjust care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, recovery, and self-care.
