Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced RN for the Telemetry Unit-3P2 on night shift. The RN provides nursing care, administers medications, maintains IV lines, monitors patient status, and collaborates with physicians and the care team to develop and adjust care plans.

A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is available. Candidates should have RN licensure in Arizona, BSN preferred or 5+ years of RN experience, and experience in med-surg or acute care.

Qualifications

• BSN required within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required
• Arizona RN license and state licensure
• Unit-specific certifications may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and administer medications per plan
• Develop and revise patient care plans
• Monitor patients and interpret diagnostic data
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care
• Supervise LPNs and nursing aides as appropriate
