Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix is seeking an experienced RN for the Telemetry Unit-3P2 on the night shift. The RN will document medical history, perform assessments, administer medications, manage IV lines, and coordinate care with physicians and nursing staff.

Responsibilities include creating care plans, teaching patients and families about treatment and home care, and ensuring high-quality, safe patient outcomes in a stroke-influenced telemetry setting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• BSN preferred; 60 months to complete a BSN as applicable.
• Arizona RN license required; BLS certification required.
• 1 year RN experience required for float positions.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data, analyze findings, and develop a family-centered care plan.
• Implement interventions, administer medications and IV therapy per policy.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and home health needs.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate and adjust care plans.
• Ensure safety, effectiveness, and cost considerations in patient care.
