Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a licensed RN for night shift on the Telemetry Unit-2E (Cardiac & Pulmonary Care). You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, plan and implement patient care, administer medications, and monitor responses while coordinating with the care team.

You will educate patients and families, manage IV therapies, and contribute to the ongoing quality and safety of care in a fast-paced unit. Sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• RN license in Arizona must be active upon hire.
• BLS Certification required.
• Stroke care knowledge preferred and certification where applicable.
• Experience in med-surg or acute care settings is valued.

Responsibilities
