Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Telemetry Unit (Night shift) in Phoenix, AZ. The RN will administer medications, monitor vital signs and telemetry, and develop patient care plans guided by ANA standards.

The role requires an associate degree or diploma in nursing, active Arizona RN licensure, and BLS certification. A BSN within 60 months or 5+ years of RN experience is preferred. Sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience preferred.
• Current RN license to practice in Arizona and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data, develop and revise a patient care plan.
• Administer medications and manage IV lines per policy.
• Monitor patients using telemetry equipment and document observations.
• Coordinate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team for care planning.
• Educate patients and families on discharge and home care needs.
