Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a field-based Area Leader to supervise 15–40 Service Valets across 20–40 multifamily communities, driving on-time waste, recycling, and compost collection. You will onboard, coach, schedule, and lead a team while overseeing safety and quality audits.

The role blends field leadership (70%) with remote admin work (30%), requiring availability for daytime and evening onboarding and a willingness to adapt to varying schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage schedules and timecards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret reports and drive decisions.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and onboard Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost collection.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and safety checks to reinforce standards.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and monitor budget.
• Foster accountability and open communication for continuous improvement.
• Visit properties to audit service quality and resolve issues.
• Use iValet dashboard to track performance and ensure on-time completion.
• Assist with hiring, training, and distributing supplies as needed.
• Support fleet maintenance and ensure safety standards.
