Hyatt Place Hyatt House LAX/Century Blvd. is seeking a Night Manager to oversee overnight operations, ensuring attentive, friendly and efficient service for guests while maximizing occupancy and room revenue. The role supervises all departments overnight, maintaining high standards and quick response to guest needs.

The Night Manager will lead a team, manage registrations and check-outs, and ensure security and compliance with brand standards on the 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with relevant work experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel environment is desirable.
• Solid financial knowledge and computer skills are required.
• Clear oral and written communication is essential.
• Ability to work well under stress and in high-pressure situations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly hotel operations and guest service during the 3rd shift.
• Lead and train staff to maintain brand service standards.
• Manage guest registrations, check-outs, and security of department keys.
• Balance revenues, review daily reports, and communicate variances.
• Ensure safety, security, and adherence to brand standards.
• Fulfill Manager on Duty shifts and address guest requests promptly.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve issues and improve service.
