Job summary

Housing Works, Inc. is seeking a Night Manager to oversee all physical operations during night hours, including IT, Office Services, Purchasing, and meal distribution.

This role acts as the primary liaison with hotel staff and coordinates with external vendors to maintain operational efficiency. The Night Manager will supervise two Residential Aide Supervisors, monitor night operations for productivity and cost control, and ensure safety and confidentiality for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with minimum 3 years in social services
• Experience in HIV/AIDS, homelessness, mental health or substance use settings
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

Responsibilities

• Monitor night operations to improve productivity and reduce expenses
• Serve as primary liaison with program staff, hotel staff, and outside vendors
• Supervise two Residential Aide Supervisors and coordinate with Senior Program Coordinator
• Ensure safety, security, and integrity of residents and facility during night hours
• Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service
