JCDecaux North America is seeking an Operations Night Manager to oversee overnight LAX operations and a night shift team from our LA warehouse/office. You will ensure safety, quality control, and staff productivity with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires directing night shift tasks, coordinating inspections, and maintaining ISO compliance while supporting repairs and logistics. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is desired but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all overnight LAX Operations and the night shift team, ensuring safety, quality control, and productivity with minimal supervision.
• Direct and supervise night shift associates, assign tasks, and maintain efficient workflows.
• Coordinate inspections, MOBOPS verifications, and safety checks; act asSafety Coordinator for OSHA requirements.
• Support coordination with LAWA and provide on-site support as needed.
• Maintain ISO compliance and manage training for lift equipment and safety protocols.
• Prepare daily operation reports and participate in weekly meetings.
