Job summary

JCDecaux North America in Los Angeles is seeking an Operations Night Manager to oversee all overnight LAX Operations and team members, ensuring high standards of safety, quality control, and staff productivity while operating with minimal supervision.

This is a full-time field position based in our LA warehouse/office, with responsibilities including directing night shifts, coordinating inspections, and ensuring ISO compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments.
• Strong communication via email, Teams, and internal channels.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Technical experience with construction, electrical, or digital AV projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise night shift associates, assigning tasks to ensure productivity and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate and oversee night operations, inspections, and safety protocols.
• Serve as Safety Coordinator for OSHA-related requirements and shadow inspections.
• Maintain ISO compliance and oversee e-waste, hazardous waste handling.
