Job summary

Courtyard-LAX in Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor/Front Desk Associate to record daily closing figures, balance cash, and handle guest registration and checkout during weekend shifts.

You will act as the night MOD, greet guests, perform PBX duties, prepare nightly reports, review arrivals, manage reservations, and uphold safety and privacy policies. Experience in hospitality preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Register and check out guests; greet and assist during night audit.

• Prepare nightly reports and audit procedures; update logs.
• Coordinate reservations and upsell services; assist with guest inquiries.
• Ensure privacy, security, and safety protocols; follow hotel policies.
