Job summary

The Home Depot seeks a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT) to gain hands-on experience in store operations, freight handling, and leadership duties alongside the Store Manager and ASMs.

During the up-to-6-week training period, you will learn to execute OASM responsibilities, develop game plans to boost sales and profitability, and collaborate with NRMs to run safe, efficient night operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight freight operations and ensure SOP compliance.
• Lead customer service and associate engagement across the store.
• Assist in opening/closing MOD responsibilities and safety procedures.
• Support training plan and progression toward Assistant Manager position.
