Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight freight operations and ensure proper execution of core freight handling programs.
• Support Manager on Duty duties and escalate issues as needed.
• Partner with Night Replenishment Managers and store leadership to drive sales and profitability.
• Lead by example in adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in a structured training program covering retail store management, personnel, and operations.
