Job summary

The Home Depot in Richmond, VA is offering a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT). Through a six-week training period, you will learn to execute OASM responsibilities while supporting overnight freight operations and store leadership.

During the program, you will work with NRMs and Store leadership to develop strategies that boost sales, safety, and profitability, while mastering staffing, scheduling, and daily financial operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates to enhance customer experience and drive store culture.
• Perform opening/closing duties and uphold SOPs, safety, and shrink control.
• Ensure safety and hazmat procedures are followed at all times.
• Plan merchandise placement and inventory integrity with partners; manage store equipment.
• Participate in a structured training program for retail store management including staffing, disciplines.
