Job summary

The Home Depot is hiring a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT). The program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership development while overseeing overnight freight operations and collaborating with NRMs, the Store Manager, ASMs, and field teams to develop strategies that drive sales and store profitability.

During the up-to-6-week training, you will learn to execute OASM key responsibilities, manage staffing and scheduling, resolve stock deficiencies,

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overnight freight operations and model GET culture.
• Oversee opening/closing MOD and store-wide SOPs, uphold safety and shrink control.
• Ensure safety compliance and hazmat guidelines are followed by all associates.
• Plan merchandise placement, signing, and stock integrity in collaboration with ASMs.
• Participate in structured training to prepare for an Assistant Manager position.
