Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT) to gain hands‑on experience in the core responsibilities and functions of the role. The NOASM-IT will undergo a comprehensive training program that includes hands‑on experience, mentorship, and leadership development.

During the NOASM-IT training period, which will be up to 6 weeks, you will be learning to execute OASM key responsibilities while collaborating with Store Manager, ASMs, and NRMs to support

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
• Leadership experience of at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer experience and lead store culture; drive service and associate engagement.
• Oversee opening/closing management and adherence to SOPs; ensure safety compliance and shrink reduction.
• Ensure safety and hazmat procedures are followed by self and team.
• Assist with merchandising plans, inventory control, and daily financial operations.
• Participate in a structured, multi-week training program covering all aspects of store management.
