Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT) to gain hands-on experience in the core duties of a Night Operations ASM. The program emphasizes mentorship, leadership development, and mastering overnight freight operations to support store goals.

During training up to 6 weeks, you will work with Store Manager, ASMs, NRMs, and field teams to implement sales and profitability strategies, while learning to execute key responsibilities of the A.M.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience.
• Minimum leadership experience: 3 years.
• Preferred degree: bachelor’s in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight freight operations and ensure core freight handling programs are executed.
• Collaborate with NRMs, Store Manager, ASMs and field teams to develop actionable game plans.
• Lead by example and uphold all company policies and procedures.
• Participate in a structured training program covering store management responsibilities.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, inventory, and customer service initiatives.
