Job summary

The Home Depot is offering a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT) program in the United States. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Education includes a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of work experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening/closing MOD and store-wide responsibilities.
• Uphold safety, hazmat, and SOP compliance and train associates.
• Drive customer experience, service, and associate engagement.
• Plan merchandise placement, signing, and inventory integrity with partners.
• Participate in structured training to prepare for an Assistant Manager role.
