Job summary

The Home Depot is offering a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT) program. Trainees gain hands-on experience in store operations under mentorship, focusing on overnight freight, SOPs, safety compliance, and leadership development.

During the up-to-6-week training, you will work with Night Replenishment Managers and Store Leaders to learn staffing, scheduling, stock control, and performance management while preparing for an Assistant Manager role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• Preferred: bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer experience and model GET culture; lead by example.
• Manage opening/closing MOD and overall store responsibilities; enforce SOPs.
• Ensure safety and hazmat procedures are followed at all times.
• Plan merchandise placement, signing, and stock integrity with partners; support inventory control.
• Participate in structured training to develop store management and leadership skills.
