Float pool nurses provide care across trauma, neurology, cardiology, orthopedics, and oncology, demonstrating teamwork, communication, and clinical expertise in a Magnet-designated center known for high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within Nurse Practice Act and standards.
• Supervise and direct delegation to team members and collaborate with providers.
• Maintain patient safety and apply evidence-based practice.
