RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Oncology Float Pool at the New Brunswick campus. The role covers diverse units, delivering high-quality nursing care across trauma, neurology, cardiology, orthopedics, and oncology.

Night shift, 36 hours per week, guiding a collaborative care team with a focus on safety and patient outcomes. Active NJ RN license and BLS/ACLS required; BSN preferred within 5 years.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required with active NJ RN license.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills for charting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per the Nurse Practice Act and standards.
• Maintain safety and adherence to evidence-based practice.
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to team members.
• Collaborate with other clinicians to coordinate patient care.
• Set and evaluate priorities with measurable outcomes.
