Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Registered Nurse for the Oncology Float Pool at the New Brunswick campus. The role covers multiple oncology units, including trauma and neurology, with a focus on high-quality, compassionate patient care.

The position requires ASN/ADN or BSN within five years of hire, 2+ years oncology experience, and NJ RN license with BLS/ACLS certifications. Night shifts are offered with a 36-hour week and weekend rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma
• 2+ Years of Oncology Experience
• BSN or must be completed within 5 years upon hire
• ONS / Oncology certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act and ANA ethics.
• Collaborate with the care team and supervise delegation of tasks to appropriate staff.
• Ensure safety and quality through evidence-based practice and continuous learning.

Education
