RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Oncology Float Pool Department at the New Brunswick campus. Nurses in this float pool provide care across trauma, neurology, cardiology, orthopedics and oncology while upholding nursing excellence.

The role supports a Magnet-designated academic medical center with strong patient care standards and collaborative teamwork. Night shift, 36 hours per week, with some weekends/holidays required.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within Nurse Practice Act and standards.
• Ensure safety and apply evidence-based practice.
• Report safety issues and supervise delegation to team.
• Collaborate with care providers to address patient needs.
• Set and evaluate priorities with measurable outcomes.
• Utilize nursing process to individualize care plans.
