RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Registered Nurse for the Oncology Float Pool at the New Brunswick campus. This role supports multiple units across trauma, neurology, cardiology, orthopedics, and oncology, with a Magnet-designated hospital known for nursing excellence.

The position offers a night shift (7p–7:30a), 36 hours per week, with some weekend and holiday rotation, and requires ASN or Nursing Diploma with BLS/ACLS and NJ RN license.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice and ANA ethical standards.
• Ensure safety and contribute to evidence-based practice.
