DoubleTree by Hilton Charlotte City Center is seeking an Overnight Hotel Manager (Night Manager) to oversee all overnight operations from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The role includes night audits, financial reconciliation, and ensuring guest safety while leading front desk staff and overnight teams.

As the top on-duty manager, you will resolve guest issues, supervise night staff, and coordinate with housekeeping and security to maintain room readiness and security standards.

Competenze

• 1–2 years in front office operations or night audit supervisory roles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency with Hilton Property Management System.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and 3rd shift hours.

Key duties include performing night audits, reconciling financial transactions, ensuring guest safety, managing front desk staff, resolving guest issues, and overseeing overnight cleaning or security.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years in front office operations or night audit supervisory roles.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Technical: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) Hilton
• Availability: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and 3rd shift hours.
