Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking an Overnight Manager to run Front Office operations during the overnight hours, delivering attentive, friendly, efficient, and courteous service to guests while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. This role acts as Manager on Duty for all departments overnight.

You will supervise front desk activities, handle check-ins, answer phones, process reservations, balance revenues, and prepare daily reports. A professional appearance and team mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting with an even disposition.
• Professional appearance at all times.
• Strong guest service orientation and teamwork.
• Basic mathematical skills and 10-key proficiency.
• Ability to input accurately into front office systems.

Responsibilities

• Run audit reports/journals from the front office system and POS.
• Make corrections and adjustments and resolve computer issues.
• Input revenue, expenses and allowances to generate daily reports.
• Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly.
• Perform GSA duties: check-in, phone lines, reservations.
• Assist with breakfast bar setup when needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and dependability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
