Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to lead high‑stakes security operations from our on‑premises security center. You will manage live audio/video communications, verify alarms, and coordinate rapid responses across monitored sites with authority and clear communication.

The role emphasizes incident de‑escalation, real‑time decision making, and teamwork within a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment. Training is provided, and benefits start Day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to maintain calm in high pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual site tours.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video systems.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with emergency services.
• Document interactions and generate incident reports.
• Assist in monitoring and de-escalation of security events.
