Job summary

Interface Systems seeks a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events with alarm verification, video monitoring, and live two-way audio interactions at our on-site operations center.

You will handle escalations, de-escalate threats, and coordinate with customers and emergency services while maintaining precise records and communications.

The role offers night shift hours (10:00pm–6:30am), a $22/hour starting pay, shift differentials, and company-wide benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate responses.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations, observing areas for vulnerabilities.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Respond to alarms with proper escalation and notify emergency services as needed.
• Take inbound calls to resolve, escalate, or support security and system inquiries.
• Maintain records in the system of record and document interactions.
• Verify alarms via video and notify designated individuals per instructions.
• Provide life safety support with timely dispatch to emergency personnel.
• Arming/disarming and basic alarm troubleshooting.
• Manage live audio interactions during incidents and de-escalate when needed.
• Generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
