Job summary

Interface Systems is hiring an iSOC Level 3 Coordinator to manage real-time security events and live site communications from our on-site Operations Center. You will verify alarms, monitor video, and direct response actions with authority and clear, concise communication.

The role emphasizes rapid decision-making, de-escalation when needed, and strict documentation. Training is provided; competitive benefits begin on Day 1, with performance and attendance bonuses and shift differentials

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years experience in customer service, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of client locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during opening/closing or upon request.
• Communicate with locations using two-way audio/video systems.
• Respond to alarms and contact emergency services as needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate incident records in the system of record.
