Job summary

Extended Stay America in Palm Springs, CA is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight, handle check-ins/outs per company guidelines, and complete laundry duties while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work the 11:00pm–7:00am shift, operate the property management system, assist guests, and keep laundry, dishware, and common areas organized and clean.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, check in/check out, and process payments per guidelines.
• Handle all laundry tasks: wash, dry, fold linens, towels, and shower curtains per brand standards.
• Process all dishware: wash, dry, and package.
• Restock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to maintain PAR levels.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct property cleanliness tours and report safety issues.
