Job summary

Onni Properties LLC in Los Angeles is seeking an Overnight Guest Services Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, coordinate deliveries, and provide exceptional front desk service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will collaborate with Resident Services, Leasing, Maintenance and Management staff, assist with packages, move-ins/move-outs, and plan resident events while maintaining top-tier guest relations and organizational skills. Weekend/holiday overnight availability required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College Courses in Property Management or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows.
• Commitment to exceed guest/customer service expectations with knowledge of high-level luxury customer service touchpoints.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a very high-paced work environment and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional, team-oriented, and good work ethics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, holidays and/or overnight.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests upon arrival and provides excellent front desk service.
• Manages check-ins and check-outs.
• Coordinates mail, messages, and package delivery.
• Coordinates services with Resident Services, Leasing, Maintenance and Management staff.
• Provides guests with information on transport and local recommendations.
• Diffuses conflicts with residents, prospects and guests.
• Coordinates move-ins/move-outs with Leasing and Resident Services.
• Schedules elevator reservations for residents during move-ins/outs and deliveries.
• Handles phone calls and emails from residents and guests promptly.
• Assists with partnerships for Onni Rewards and maintains guest relations.
• Ensures cleanliness and upkeep of amenity spaces.
• Maintains coffee machines and supplies for resident lounge.
• Refers to housekeepers, dog walkers, etc., as needed.
• Plans resident events with Concierge, Resident Services and Property Management.
• Performs other duties as required.
