Job summary

Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Night Guest Attendant to be the face of our property during overnight hours, delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring safety and cleanliness throughout the night shift.

You will conduct property inspections, assist with after-hours check-ins/outs, manage laundry, handle cleaning tasks, and follow emergency procedures while maintaining a high level of responsiveness to guest needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Property inspections during the night to ensure safety and security.
• Assist with checking in and checking out guests after hours and provide excellent service.
• Complete laundry duties: wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; maintain laundry area.
• Perform cleaning tasks as needed; vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas, and prep rooms when needed.
• Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure guest/security needs are met.
• Other duties as assigned.
