Onni Properties, LLC seeks an Overnight Guest Services Agent to build meaningful relationships with residents and vendors while delivering exceptional front desk support in a fast-paced setting.

The role involves greeting guests, handling check-ins/outs, coordinating mail and services, and partnering with Resident Services, Leasing, Maintenance and Management staff to ensure a high-quality resident experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• College courses in Property Management or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Project/Outlook/Word/Excel) and Windows.
• Commitment to exceed guest service expectations with luxury touchpoints.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal skills.
• Professional, team-oriented, and good work ethics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests upon arrival and provides excellent front desk service.
• Manages check-ins and check-outs.
• Coordinates mail, messages, and packages delivery.
• Liaises with Resident Services, Leasing, Maintenance and Management Staff.
• Provides guests with information on transport and dining options.
• Diffuses conflicts and handles tense situations professionally.
• Coordinates Resident Move-ins/Move-outs with Leasing and Resident Services.
• Schedules Elevator reservations for Residents.
• Handles phone calls and emails from Residents and guests promptly.
• Supports Onni Rewards program recruitment and ongoing updates.
• Ensures cleanliness and upkeep of amenity spaces via Property Walks.
• Maintains coffee machines and supplies in the Residents Lounge.
• Refers services like housekeepers or dog walkers as needed.
• Plans Resident events with Concierge and Property Management teams.
• Performs administrative duties as required.
