Job summary

Onni Properties LLC is seeking an Overnight Guest Services Agent for its Downtown LA property. You will welcome residents and guests, manage front desk tasks, and coordinate services with Resident Services and Leasing.

The role requires a friendly, high-energy professional with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment. Weekend/holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Coursework in property management preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide front desk service; anticipate residents' needs.
• Check-in and check-out administration.
• Coordinate mail, messages and packages.
• Communicate services with Resident Services, Leasing, Maintenance and Management.
• Provide guests with transport, restaurant and local information.
• Resolve conflicts calmly with residents, prospects and guests.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs with Leasing and Resident Services.
• Arrange elevator reservations for residents' moves and deliveries.
• Answer calls and emails from residents and guests promptly.
• Assist with vendor recruitment for Onni Rewards; update residents.
