Qualifications

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Speak effectively before groups of customers; proficient in reading/speaking English.
• Operate hotel technology and input information into systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call notifications for check-ins, emergencies, or noise complaints.
• Maintain control of hotel keys and safekeeping.
• Log keys in and out when necessary.
