Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call notifications for check-ins, maintenance issues, noise complaints, and safety situations.
• Maintain control of hotel keys and safeguard against mishandling or theft.
• Log keys in and out as needed; assist with limited guest check-ins/check-outs.
