This role offers onsite lodging in a guest room as part of employment and requires staying on the overnight on-call schedule and availability within 30 minutes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in reading safety rules and operating procedures.
• Ability to input data and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests via call notification for check-ins, emergencies, and safety concerns.
• Manage hotel keys and security procedures.
• Assist with limited after-hours check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries.
