Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. (HMC) is seeking a Night Guest Attendant to welcome guests during overnight hours, handle late check-ins, and respond to guest needs with professionalism. This role also emphasizes maintaining security and a clean environment across the property.

The position includes laundry duties, night-time cleaning tasks, and following emergency procedures, with opportunities for growth in a small, performance-driven hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular property inspections during the night to ensure safety and security.
• Assist with checking in and checking out guests after-hours and address guest needs.
• Complete laundry responsibilities and maintain a clean laundry area.
• Perform cleaning tasks (vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing) and stock supplies; prep rooms as needed.
• Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure security for guests.
• Other duties as assigned.
