Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional Onsite Night Guest Attendant who will be the face of the property, handling after-hours guest needs and coordinating overnight operations. This role lives onsite, typically works evening shifts and is on call overnight to ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular property inspections during the night to ensure safety and security.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out after hours with excellent service.
• Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing public areas; prepare rooms as needed.
• Know and follow property emergency procedures to ensure safety of guests and property.
• Be on call overnight to handle after-hours guest needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
