Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Night Guest Attendant to be the friendly face guests see during overnight hours. You will manage after-hours guest needs, provide exceptional service, and handle check-ins/check-outs with professionalism.

Responsibilities include nightly property inspections, laundry duties, cleaning tasks, and adherence to safety procedures. The role requires a proactive, flexible individual valuing guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Property Inspections: conduct regular night-time inspections for safety and security.
• Guest Services: assist with after-hours check-ins/check-outs and address guest needs.
• Laundry Duties: handle linens and towels; maintain organized laundry area.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas, restock supplies, prep rooms as needed.
• Emergency Procedures: follow property procedures to ensure guest and property security.
• Other duties as assigned.
