Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent to manage night shift duties, check-in/check-out guests, balance transactions, and prepare essential reports. You will assist guests with requests, upsell offerings, and maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere across our hotels.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and tech-savviness, with a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality front desk preferred.
• One year in front desk or guest service ideal.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out professionally during the night shift.
• Balance daily transactions and verify guest accounts.
• Process payments and manage cash and credit transactions.
• Prepare financial and operational reports for management.
• Upsell services and assist guests with requests and local information.
• Handle laundry tasks as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain brand standards.
