Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner and promote a welcoming club experience.
• Check in members and guests accurately and communicate events, promotions, and announcements.
• Process payments and schedule member services; support front desk operations.
• Promote and sell club services and retail products; maintain records and assist with projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
