Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate to welcome and assist members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner. You will handle check-ins, respond to inquiries, and deliver prompt customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include processing payments, answering phones, promoting memberships and promotions, maintaining club cleanliness for part of the shift, and working a flexible overnight schedule based on club needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Solid work ethic with strong decision-making & problem solving skills.
• Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal direction and supervision.
• Friendly and professional, able to deal with customers on-site while cleaning is performed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members at the front desk in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service; answer calls promptly and knowledgeably.
• Handle payments, give receipts, and provide accurate change.
• Promote memberships and promotions to drive revenue and inform customers about policies.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
