Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the welcoming face of our club. You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist members and guests, and support daily front desk operations to ensure a smooth, friendly experience.

Responsibilities include greeting members, processing check-ins, communicating events, promoting services, and maintaining a professional front desk environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age minimum.
• Prior customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests according to policies.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services.
