Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome members, answer questions, and handle payments in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll help maintain the club, operate phones, promote benefits and promotions, and provide friendly service during overnight shifts.

Prior retail or fitness experience is preferred and flexibility is required. We value teamwork, reliability, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Six months face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment, or 1-year fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner with hellos and goodbyes.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service and answer calls promptly with accurate information.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club for up to 50% of the shift.
• Handle payments from customers, give change and receipts.
• Promote products and promotions to drive revenue and awareness of benefits.
• Respond to customer questions about policies and procedures clearly and courteously.
